Meet
Dr. Willis
 Dr.
Robert Willis began his dental career in 1969. He received
his formal dental training and his D.D.S from the University
of Nebraska and is a member of the American Dental Association,
the Oklahoma Dental Association and the Tulsa County Dental
Society.
Early
in his career he observed that many dentists weren't getting
the results and satisfaction they were looking for. Many were
successful, but didn't feel fulfilled. Some were stressed,
working long hours and not getting out of the office until
late. Others spent more time at the office than with their
families. A number of them were on a treadmill and didn't
know how to get off. He knew there was an easier, better way.
In 1993, Dr. Willis began sharing his secrets on creating
a prosperous, well run, low stress dental practice with his
colleagues. Today, he works with dentists so they can enjoy
the benefits afforded by a well-designed dental career that
allows for enjoyment and balance in their lives.
Dr.
Willis uses his knowledge of practicing dentistry, management
savvy and his gift of communication to teach Dentists and
staffs how to reach and exceed their goals through increased
case acceptance and controlled overhead, with less stress
and increased net income.
Understanding
that each doctor is unique and has unique challenges, Dr.
Willis and his staff have been able to help the doctors clarify
their visions for the practice and provide the tools necessary
to achieve the success they desire. His coaching style with
dentists has generated impressive results. Not only do the
practices do much better financially, but the doctors and
staff find greater enjoyment in providing dental care and
in the work itself.
Most
importantly, his philosophy allows dentists to do what they
were trained to do; practice technical dentistry in an efficient
and effective manner. This down-to-earth, realistic approach
to practicing dentistry has allowed doctors to enjoy their
time in the office and spend more time out of the office with
their families.
