Each of our Coaching Programs is designed to meet the needs
of a particular group of dentists and to assist them in achieving
the results they want. Regardless of where you are - geographically
or in terms of practice maturity - you may consider the variations
available within our Platinum, Gold and Silver groups to select
the coaching arrangement that best fits your needs and your
situation.
The
Steps to Success
All of our Coaching Programs begin with a Comprehensive Practice
Evaluation. After careful analysis of information supplied
by you through our Practice Profile, you and Dr. Willis begin
to focus on an action plan to achieve your ideal result. At
our Breakthrough Seminar, doctor and staff learn the systems
necessary for the practice to reach its success potential.
Following the seminar, you will use our extensive training
materials, In-Your-Office Coaching, Individualized Phone,
Fax and Email Coaching, Conference Calls and Newsletters to
reinforce the learning process and speed the implementation
of systems to get the results you want. At your option, you
may choose to attend additional seminars to further support
the learning process. To protect your practice investment,
the Coaching Program Monitoring System enables you to easily
gather, analyze and understand the key items that make the
biggest difference in the long-term success of your practice
and prevent backsliding into old habits.
