always look forward to The Coaching Program seminars because

What I liked most about the Skills Enhancement Workshop was
the role-playing. It was very helpful to see how other people
addressed and overcame communication obstacles. I learn and
retain so much more when I see the scripts acted out, then
the "light bulb" comes on and I
see how easy it can be. The active listening and
benefit statement scripts were also very helpful. If I am
not actively listening and informing the patient of the benefits
the treatment can provide, then they may never obtain the
best dental care that they want and deserve. I want to have
that level of communication skills and be able to use them

four years ago. I said family because that's how we think
